Conclusion:
The Nepalese economy is still predominantly agricultural, with 86 percent of the population living in rural areas and 81 percent deriving their livelihoods from agriculture. This has not been sufficient to meet their basic needs due to low agricultural productivity. In light of this situation, it cannot be taken for granted that the overall development of the country is possible without the development of the agricultural sector. There are tremendous possibilities in Nepal on organic and high altitude crops due to its climatic variations and geographical conditions.
